The HP-102S automatic single color flat screen printing machine is specially designed for special circular substrates’ printing, mainly is suitable for the hose, bottle caps, cream cans and other round products.

The printer’s main transmission adopts the European brａnd transmission equipment, supplemented by high speed precision gap separator, so as to realize precise indexing transmission. This equipment makes the printing operation more stable and reliable.

The whole production line is adopted an international famous brａnd PLC controlled system.

The ink curing is adopted electronic UV curing or infrared drying, In the case of guaranteeing stable performance, will achieve better curing effect.

The silk screen printer equipped with ion air dust removal, no printing, low pressure alarm, waste/ wrong material alarm and other automatic detection functions.
