  涂料廢氣處理工藝簡述:

  1.是把有機廢氣加熱到760℃以上,停留時間大于1秒,使廢氣中的VOCs氧化分解成二氧化碳和水。

  2.氧化產(chǎn)生的高溫氣體流經(jīng)特制的陶瓷蓄熱體,使陶瓷體升溫而“蓄熱”,此“蓄熱”用于預熱后續(xù)進入爐體的有機廢氣,從而節(jié)省廢氣升溫的燃料消耗,降低運行成本。

  3.陶瓷蓄熱體應分成三區(qū),每個蓄熱室依次經(jīng)歷蓄熱-放熱-清掃等程序,周而復始,連續(xù)工作。蓄熱室“放熱”后應立即引入適量潔凈空氣對該蓄熱室進行清掃(以保證VOC去除率在99%以上),只有待清掃完成后才能進入“蓄熱”程序。

  4.冷啟動預熱時通過燃燒器系統(tǒng)提高爐溫,正常運行時大部分熱量能被蓄熱陶瓷床回收,當廢氣中可燃成分濃度過低時,依靠燃燒輔助燃料(柴油或天然氣)來提升爐膛溫度。當爐膛溫度過高時,可由爐膛溫度控制的高溫排空閥門將部分熱量釋放。
