1. Variety selection

Overwintering tomatoes are generally selected as large fruit varieties with strong cold and disease resistance, low light tolerance, good quality and high yield.

2. Cte strong seedlings

Generally use conventional seedlings: ① Use nutritious soil blocks or nutrition cups to raise seedlings; ② Appropriate shade in the early stage to prevent high temperature and strong light; ③ Apply quick lime or fine sａnd to seedbeds to prevent excessive wetness on the bed, reduce evaporation on the bed, prevent and control Stumbling disease, blight disease and other seedling diseases; ④ Spray foliar protection agent in time when 2-3 true leaves are unfolded; ⑤ When ventilation is required, light wind, do not let convection wind; ⑥ Before planting The low-temperature and drought-resistant refining was carried out for about 7 days.

Fertilization

In mid-September (10 to 15 days before planting), fertilize the land. It mainly uses high-quality rotten farmhouse fertilizers, supplemented by N, P, and K compound fertilizers.

2. Soil sterilization: cooperate with basal fertilizer for soil sterilization treatment, plough 30cm deep, level the land, make the south low and the north high.

3. Shed fumigation: After fertilizing and preparing the ground, 10-15 days in advance with chemical fumigation, high-temperature stuffy shed for about 7 days.

4. Ridge mulching mulch: Ction method using ridge mulching and perforation. Select a polyvinyl chloride white plastic film with a thickness of 0.01 ～ 0.06mm and a width of 110cm to cover the concave ridge surface, straighten and stretch it, and compact it with soil on both sides.

Planting and post-planting management

Select sunny morning planting, and adopt large and small row planting methods. When planting, the roots of tomato seedlings should be in close contact with the soil without leaving gaps. The depth of planting seedlings should be 1cm above the ground. The planting density is about 80-90cm for large rows, 50-60cm for small rows, about 30cm for plant spacing, and about 3100 plants per mu.
