Temperature management

1. The management of straw curtain. In winter, the management of straw curtains or thermal insulation quilts in sheds generally adopts the practice of "revealing late and cover early". The time is controlled in the morning after the grass curtain is opened, so that the indoor temperature does not drop. In the afternoon, when the indoor temperature drops to 20°C, the curtain should be covered in time to preserve as much heat as possible and prevent heat loss at night.

2. Multi-layer coverage. In the deep winter season, in order to ensure the temperature of the shed, "two membranes", "three membranes" or "four membranes" can be added to the shed. The grass curtain outside the shed must be covered with a "rainproof film". "Apron" film is added to the front or around the greenhouse to reduce indoor heat loss and enhance the thermal insulation effect.

3. Artificial warming. Artificial warming should take appropriate methods according to the situation, and the principle of energy saving and environmental protection. For example, use stoves, electric stoves, electric lights, electric fans, greenhouse heating blocks, hot air stoves, etc. to supplement the temperature; use electric heating wires, floor heating pipes, etc. to supplement the ground temperature. If you use a hot blast stove, it is better to use a wide range of fuel and movable ones. Electric heating wires are generally buried at a height of 10cm in the shed. They are energized when the ground temperature is less than 10-12°C. They are mainly used for melons and solanaceous fruits that love or are not resistant to low temperatures.

Light management

1. Choose high-quality greenhouse film. It is better to choose a multifunctional composite greenhouse film with high light transmittance, good dripping performance and strong weather resistance produced by a regular manufacturer to ensure high light transmittance and good temperature performance.

2. Keep the shed film clean. Use rags, mops, etc., to remove dust adsorbed on the shed film, grass clippings scattered from the grass curtain, and fog drops in the film in time to keep the shed film high light transmittance.

3. Hanging reflective film. Reflective film or white paint on the north wall or column of the solar greenhouse to improve the lighting conditions of the northern vegetable plants and increase the photosynthetic capacity.

4. Artificial fill light. Artificial light supplementation is required for continuous cloudy days. Incandescent lamps, sodium lamps, iodine tungsten lamps or plant-specific growth lamps can be used. Different types of vegetables use different light sources.
